This policy explains:
◦ Which information the NeuroNex9 mobile and web applications collect and why it is collected;
◦ How that information may be used;
◦ Your control over your own information; and
◦ The choices we offer, including how to access and update information.
Our applications are NeuroNex9 team products and are governed by the NeuroNex9 Privacy Policy.
Protecting the privacy of you and your family members is extremely important to NeuroNex9. Please take the time to read through this policy to understand how your information may be used. If you have any questions, please email us at armantagvoryanzero@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you provide (voluntarily submit). This typically includes information related to creating a user account, such as your name, email address, and state. It can also include the names, ages, and genders of your children. We treat this sensitive information with the utmost care. Other information you provide may include any pictures, videos, or other content you submit to the Service.
Information we get from your use of our services. We may collect data whenever you use our applications and services. This may include details about which videos have been viewed from your account. Specifically:
◦ Device information We may gather device-specific information (e.g., hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network info, including phone number). NeuroNex9 may associate these device identifiers or phone numbers with any NeuroNex9 account you use.
◦ Log information Whenever you use our services or view content provided by NeuroNex9, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This helps us track who has viewed your content and detect any potentially undesirable behavior. Log information may include:
▪ Details on how you used the service, such as which features you accessed.
▪ IP (Internet Protocol) address.
▪ Device event info such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your requests, and referral URLs.
▪ Cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or user account on any NeuroNex9 services.
◦ Location information Currently, NeuroNex9 does not offer location-enabled services. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify you. However, some location data may still be recorded in server logs.
◦ Unique application numbers Some of our services include a unique application number. Information about your installation (e.g., operating system type and application version) may be sent to NeuroNex9 when you install or uninstall a service, or when that service periodically contacts our servers (e.g., for updates).
◦ Local storage We may collect and store data (including personal information) locally on your device using mechanisms like browser web storage (including HTML5) and native application data caches.
◦ Cookies and anonymous identifiers We use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit NeuroNex9 services, which may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. We do not share these anonymous identifiers with partners.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use collected information primarily to improve the quality of our services and protect all users.
When you contact NeuroNex9, we may keep records of your communications to help resolve any issues you might experience. We may also use your email address to inform you about our services, including updates or changes.
Please note that any information submitted by users to NeuroNex9 may be reviewed before being made available to other NeuroNex9 users. For instance, user-submitted videos are reviewed by our team to ensure safety before they are visible to others.
We also use information gathered from our services to enhance your experience. For example, storing your language preferences allows us to display content in your preferred language.
We will request your consent before using data for purposes beyond those described in this Privacy Policy.
NeuroNex9 may process personal data on servers located in various countries worldwide, including regions outside of your home country.
While our Service does not currently feature in-app advertising, this may change in the future. Any collected data could be used to optimize the delivery and effectiveness of such advertising.
Transparency and Choice
Different users have different privacy preferences. We strive to be open about the information we collect so you can make informed decisions regarding how it’s used. For example:
• You can review any information you have explicitly submitted in your NeuroNex9 account settings.
• You can delete or remove any data you’ve provided to NeuroNex9 services, including videos or pictures, where applicable.
You can also configure your browser to block all cookies, including those from our services, or to notify you when a cookie is set. Please remember that blocking cookies could affect the functionality of many of our services (e.g., remembering your language preferences).
Information You Share
By default, many NeuroNex9 services permit you to share information with other users via social networks or within NeuroNex9 itself. In the latter case, your data is shared only with other NeuroNex9 services. We may offer various settings to help you manage how your content is shared or removed.
Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information
Our goal is to provide you with convenient access to your personal data whenever you use our services. If your data is incorrect, we strive to give you quick ways to update or delete it—unless we must retain it for legitimate business or legal reasons. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing such requests.
In certain cases, we may refuse requests that are excessively repetitive, require disproportionate effort (e.g., building an entirely new system), jeopardize others’ privacy, or are otherwise impractical (e.g., removing information from backup systems).
Where possible, we provide access or correction at no cost, unless doing so would demand unreasonable resources. We also maintain our services in ways that protect data from accidental or malicious destruction. As a result, if you delete certain information, we may not immediately remove any residual copies from active servers or backup systems.
Information We Share
We do not share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside NeuroNex9 unless one of the following applies:
• With your consent – We will share personal data with external parties if you explicitly opt in.
• For external processing – We may supply personal information to affiliates or trustworthy entities to process it for us, adhering to our Privacy Policy and any relevant confidentiality and security protocols.
• For legal reasons – We may share personal information with third parties if we have a good-faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
◦ Satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
◦ Enforce our Terms of Service, including investigating potential breaches.
◦ Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
◦ Protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of NeuroNex9, our users, or the public as permitted by law.
We may also share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly or with our partners (e.g., publishers or advertisers) to show general usage trends for our services.
If NeuroNex9 undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will safeguard the confidentiality of any personal information and notify relevant users before information is transferred or subject to a new privacy policy.
Information Security
We make every effort to protect NeuroNex9 and its users from unauthorized data access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In particular, we or our third-party vendors:
• Employ SSL encryption for many of our services.
• Review our data collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized system access.
• Restrict access to personal information strictly to NeuroNex9 employees, contractors, and agents who require it for processing and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements (with discipline or termination as a penalty for violations).
Application(s)
This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by NeuroNex9 and its affiliates, including those on other sites, but does not cover services with separate privacy policies not incorporating this one.
Our Privacy Policy does not extend to services operated by other companies or individuals, websites referencing NeuroNex9, or links from our services. Additionally, it does not address the data practices of other companies and organizations that advertise with us and may use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to deliver relevant ads.
Enforcement
We regularly evaluate our adherence to this Privacy Policy. If we receive a formal written complaint, we will follow up with the complainant and cooperate with appropriate regulatory bodies, including data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints about personal data transfers we cannot address directly.
Changes
Our Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any changes here, and if they are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for some services, email alerts). We will also maintain an archive of previous versions for your reference.
